Thanks for shopping at Jelsons. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
- You have 10 calendar days to return an order from the date you receive it.
- To be eligible for a return, your order must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your order must be in the original packaging.
- Your order needs to be accompanied by printed receipt or proof of purchase that you received in your email when you originally placed the order.
- Once we receive your order, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned order. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the order.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
- You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your order.
- Shipping costs are non refundable.

Please note that we are not responsible for:
- Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
- Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
- Design errors introduced by the customer in the document creation process.
- Errors in user-selected options such as choice of finish, quantity or product type.
- Damage to the products arising after delivery to the customer
